Abandoned Orders

An abandoned order is created each time a customer adds one or more items to their shopping cart and proceeds to checkout. If the customer finalizes their order successfully, the abandoned order is removed. If the customer does not finalize their order, the abandoned order remains intact and the customer is added to your mailing list under the Abandoned Order group. With SEO-Cart, you can:
  • View abandoned orders
  • Export abandoned orders
  • View Abandoned Order Statistics
  • Automatically receive abandoned order summary email notifications.
  • Automatically send the customer an email reminding them about and to return to their shopping cart.
