Click on the RMA Requests link under the Customers section of the SEO-Cart navigation section.

View the RMA Request that you wish to change the status for.

If the RMA request has already been approved and you received the items back to you, optionally check the Item Returned checkbox under the RMA Request Product Information section and choose the date and condition the item was received.

Scroll down to the Change RMA Status section and optionally enter a memo to buyer and select the RMA Status you wish to change the RMA request to.

Click the Save button towards the bottom right corner of the page.
