Use the following information below to change the RMA Settings:

Click on the RMA Requests link under the Customers section of the SEO-Cart navigation section.

Click the RMA Settings link towards the top left corner of the page.

Set the Custom RMA Settings information and click the Update button towards the bottom right corner of the page.
